These terms govern your use of Sonave, a service that analyzes meeting audio and provides probabilistic assessments of whether a voice is AI-generated. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
You deploy a visible recording bot into meetings you control; Sonave streams per-speaker audio, scores it with machine-learning models, and shows REAL / SUSPECT / FAKE verdicts, alerts, and an archive of captures. Features may change as the service evolves.
Sonave's verdicts are statistical estimates produced by machine-learning models. They can be wrong in both directions: a fake voice may be scored REAL, and a real voice may be scored SUSPECT or FAKE. Verdicts are decision support, not a decision. You must not rely on Sonave as the sole basis for approving or rejecting any transaction, employment, accusation, or other consequential action. You are responsible for maintaining your own verification procedures (such as call-backs on independently known numbers). Sonave is not liable for losses arising from fraud that the service failed to detect or from actions taken on a mistaken verdict.
You retain all rights to your meeting audio. You grant us the license needed to operate the service (receive, store, process, and score your audio) and to improve our detection models as described in the Privacy Policy (with an opt-out available). We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or the law.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Detection accuracy varies with audio quality, meeting platforms, and attack techniques, and will degrade against techniques that did not exist when our models were trained.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your recordings, your failure to obtain required consents, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
